Are you sure you are for more government intervention in our lives? Your health care is your responsibility. It isn't your bosses or your government's. It is yours.
That being said did you see the news from the VA hospitals? Three hospitals have exposed patients to endoscopes and other equipment that was never sterilized. They were in FL, TN, and GA.
Are you sure you want this for you health care system? It is like going to the DMV for medical care.
And medicare is currently unfunded to the tune of $37 trillion dollars.
If we can't afford what we are doing, how can our government afford to do more?
If we have government overhauling health care, it will be just like the dept of motor vehicles or the post office. There will be no incentive to do a good job or get in a hurry.

It is an arbatraty term created by insurance companies and medicare says what it will pay and you are aware many doctors are not seein medicare patients because they can't make any money on the fees allowed and in fact lose money treating them.
