Rep. Charles Rangel (D) Harlem, failed to pay taxes on income gained from a vacation home for 18 years. He writes the f-ing tax code for crying out loud and says it was an oversight. If it were you or I, you know where we'd be. This idiot ought to be convicted of felony tax evasion and tossed out of congress. I don't give a crap if it's Republicans or Democrats.
