Are you not brainwashed by atheists, and can think and ponder ?

There is no doubt that this is an imperfect world. So much greed and lust
and selfishness is seen in this world that many people have given up hope of
redemption. But one small event in my life forced me to think and see beyond
surface manifestations.
I was coming home from Bus stop when I noticed a young woman carrying
heavy shopping bags. She stopped for a while to take rest. I immediately
went to her and offered help. She politely refused and I went home. But then
I thought why I made that offer? She was about half my age or even less.
So there could not be any romanticism involved, nor I was expecting to be
paid by her or needed the money. What was the motivation?
I soon realized that the world is full of sincerity and sacrifice of many individuals
that has made life so easy for many others. Fifty years ago in USA and even
today in Pakistan and Asia, fathers spent more than 90% of their hard earned
money on their families and do not mind. Many people respect and help their
old parents for no worldly reward. People donate billions of Rupees in my
country and elsewhere for different charities.
Yes many crimes do occur, but the criminals are punished, sooner or later
and good men are appreciated one day.
Is there not ample reason for the people affected by atheism to think the
nice nature of most people is not self made but has been endowed by God
Almighty.
Do you think there is a strong likelihood that the world was created by
a Supreme being and did not come into existence on its own?
Jun,
I am sorry if I upset you. But you can see the growing divorce rate and increasing number of single mothers everywhere and that forced me to mention how Americans have started evading the responsibility their fathers happily accepted.
Pechie,
I did not say people do it because of their belief in God. I said people do this because they have inherited a good nature which is a gift of Lord.
