Are you more likely to receive financial aid if your tuition is higher?

I currently go to a college where the tuition is fairly inexpensive. However, next fall i'm planning on transferring to a school where the tuition is quite high. In the past I haven't qualified for financial aid because my parents make too much money, so i've had to take out student loans. Am I more likely to get financial aid if the tuition is high? does that make a difference?
