issue will be on 09-08-20? A court in southern California will hear a lawsuit asking that Obama's records be made available to determine if he is qualified to be Commander In Chief and President. A birth certificate from Kenya said to be that of Obama which includes an infant's footprint on the document will be introduced as part of the evidence in the case. This is one of attorney Orly Taiz's cases concerning the eligibility of the President. I think there are several military officers she is representing so it will be harder for a judge to just say there is no standing for the plaintiffs as in other cases.
 
Orly is insane. The so-called Kenyan birth certificate was proven to be a hoax, created by some guy in Australia. I think it won't take more than a few minutes for it to be thrown out.
