are you happy with cellphone service with sprint?

My dad uses Sprint through work. I don't know how the internet is, but I hear a woman say "Please hold while the Nextel subscriber you are trying to reach is located. Por favor espera mientras el cliente de nextal a que esta llamando es localizado" way way way to often. It changed to a dude recently... Point is, his phone service is finicky. It changes from 1 bar to 5 bars when he's just sitting on the couch.

I want to change carrier, i need internet service on my phone, but verizonwireless ask me 60.00 dollar more per month for each phone, so my bill will be around 215.00 dollars. with sprint, probably including taxes 145.00 dollar per month with unlimited service with 2 phones. i just want to know if sprint give a good service, if not i will stay with verizon, but i will not going to give them 60.00 dollar
more.
