I just wrote this gay ass poem. I decided to put it up on yahoo answers because in writing it, i realized that the reason a lot of people are hurting due to lost love is actually a result of a failure to process the information they are given by their once (or still) significant other.

There was once a time, when what we had was unique,
our love was the limit, of that we would feel/
our time together had no cessation,
we were bound in perpetual motionlessness,
an exhilarating sensation.
A fairy tale of sorts, more, or more less,
while all dreams are awoken from, with no regrets,
i have felt a pain, stemming from your abandonment,
leading me to say, it was pointless that we met.
It is better to have loved and lost,
then to not have loved at all,
but if you hadn't taught me these feelings,
i could have picked them up for golf/
My first could have been with a girl who's still here,
there's nothing wrong with tears, until that its clear,
What you did was on purpose,
and without regret,
and went against everything you ever said.
There's no turning back,
word's like those are written in stone.
Girls like you lead to broken homes.
