Are you comfortable discussing your "money" with your adult children?

It was difficult for me to do this....I feel that I am still quite alert and completely capable of looking out for my own affairs...yet I see others my age keeling over suddenly from strokes and heart attacks their doctors never saw coming.

So, I took the bit between my teeth and had the disagreeable chore of discussing finances with my adult children...even though I continue to feel in my heart that my money is none of their danged business.

Yet....it has proven to be yet another thing I didn't want to do , but was glad I did it once I made myself do it.

What are your feelings...as seniors...about this?
