Popular Photography June 2007 issue contains an article by Neal Matthews "How a Photo Can Ruin Your Life" with many tales of innocent parents and grandparents who were reported to the police when they had prints made for themselves. They at least spent thousnds in legal fees and at worst lost custody or were put on "sex criminal" lists. They didn't sell these pictures or post them on the internet, just got prints made at the drug store.
