Are you annoying at restaurants because you are a picky eater?

Do you demand that things be prepared especially for you and if it isn't perfect you send it back?
Why do you even bother going in the first place?

My boss was totally like that - and he'd always get ticked off when what he got wasn't quite what he'd hoped for.

I told him repeatedly that if he stuck to ordering what was on the menu, he'd be more likely to get what he ordered.

Eventually, he stopped going to restaurants so often. The result is the economic collapse we have today.

I am a picky eater, but I just ask to leave the tomatoes out or something, I'm not rude about it. If they forget, I eat around the stuff I don't like. I would only ask for my food to be changed if it had sauce all over everything that I had asked them not to use. I would still be nice about it.

Usually I can find something I like anyway.
