I'm a Canadian, I'm a mother of an almost grown son, I've been fortunate enough to be able to go back to university to finish my degree, and I'd like to help a U.S. child or youth who needs help with his or her English but wouldn't be able to afford a tutor. It's the only way I can think of that I can help someone right now, because my financial situation does not allow otherwise. Harwarda, because I've been reading about the extreme poverty in the U.S. in my textbooks, and we don't have that kind of poverty here in Canada. It just breaks my heart to think of what some kids have to go through to get an education in the U.S.
