Is ANY whine allowed in pregnancy? I don't like whine really but there are some recipes like desserts that call for whine as an ingredient. I want to know if a very small amount is allowed.
this is a question for your doctor. alcohol during pregnancy is not recommended, so if anyone in here tells you it's ok then they're liable if anything happens to your baby.
It's wine, by the way. I have read and stuck to--no amount of alcohol is considered totally safe during pregnancy. Wine for cooking though may be different if the alcohol cooks off in the process. I'd ask your doctor about that one to be sure.
