Are you able to use the internet anywhere on the New IPad and Tablets?

On the road a lot and need to know if the current tablets and Ipads can be usablein a car without a cell phone? Thanks

They are, but you need a 3G version of the tablet. The cheapest iPad with 3G is $629.
Otherwise, you can grab a MiFi (or something similar) to share the connection with a WiFi only tablet.

You'd need a wifi connection. Some phone companies sell a wifi connection that you can have separately from a phone but they all have limits on the amount of data you can use.
