I have been living at this place since august. Long story short i have been fucked over one to many times here so instead of listing everything ill bring up one issue. I have had 9 complaints on getting my dryer fixed it has been broken since i moved in and the seem to refuse to fix it. they tell me they r gunna hire someone never did. recently i talked to the manager trying to get out of the lease she said it is impossible and told me she was going to have it fixed the next day that was two weeks ago. In the lease it says the have to fix it in 30 days. Is this a claim i have. wat can i do to get out of this lease im tired of my high pgande bill
