Wouldn't this be fair? How about in order for a divorce to be granted the only acceptable grounds are abuse or adultery? And if a party wants a divorce and they have no such grounds, that party shouldn't be entitled to division of property, child support, alimony, etc. The courts should take great care to ensure that the party that's not responsible for the dissolution of the marriage have the most desirable outcome. Wouldn't this not be fair to both genders?
