My friend wants to help me out because my bank account bounced, and wants to send me money over Western Union then PayPal *because them and Ebay screwed my bank account up*
Is it instant as soon as he gets the transaction number? or does it take a couple days? hes never done it before so he needs to know A.S.A.P.
