How many oil wells out there have been capped? Could we be using our own oil instead of buying it from overseas and being dependent on them? I know there are enviornmentalists that would probably love to see gas at $10 or 12 dollars a gallon so no one could drive but for those of us who actually work we would like to be given a break.
