They work! Use them consistently and effectively. Ensure your position is right... if your not positioned right just like any work out it wont feel like its helping. The ab lounge focuses on core muscles (in your abdomen) Focus your breathing to exhale as you are extending you body and to inhale slowly to tense those core muscles as you flex your body inward. That tension is the work out! You will know when your doing it right because your abs will be sore... (especially a day later) The more you do it the easier it is... once you find it easing up increase your work out pattern. Go faster, longer, etc to keep your body from getting use to it
