Are they going to kick him out of the military?

I have a friend, I think he's army, and he is currently facing a few charges. Vandalism as well as several pretty serious traffic offenses. He is facing at least 10 days in jail from just one of the traffic offenses(that same single offense has a max of 1year, not even including the other traffic offenses), and he is definitely going to lose his drivers license.
Court dates for both the vandalism and the several traffic offenses are two separate dates in early February, so it is unknown exactly what he's going to face, but the loss of license and at least 10 days in jail are guaranteed.

Do you think they will kick him out of the military for this?
 
Technically they could but they're so desperate for people I don't think they will.
 
Army, probably not... just demote him and give him lots of extra duty... Air Force, Navy or Marines... most likely.
