F fdjgewf New member May 9, 2010 #1 Jumping rope, walking on a treadmill, squats(no weights), lunges(no weights), and some other leg targeting exercises like leg lifts. This along with a good diet. Am I doing the right things to get the thighs/legs I want for summer?
