Are these terms fair in a business contract?

Hey,

I have been offered a job from a company in India,

The terms is short include My 3 years commitment (after contract termination) to keep all information of the company confidential and not work in any company with similar business field within 2 years after termination of the contract.

This doesn't seem unreasonable , right ?
