I bought them at shaws and It said ''smoked turkey necks'' outside. The first couple of bites were good until i started getting closer to the bone. Now it looks and bites completely raw. Is it possible that they are not cooked? Iv never eaten turkey before so I dont even know how its supposed to taste. How do i know if its raw or cooked? I know its definitely smoked.
