I had ribs at a resteraunt last night and forgot the leftovers in the car till this morning which i think was about 11 hours. It says it was in the low 50s during that time. I put them in the fridge as soon as i realized they were out there and im just wondering if they are safe to reheat and eat. Its an entire rack of ribs and i hate to throw that much out, and they cost alot. Thanks for your advice.
