While job searching on monster and various sites for advertising jobs, I've noticed a TON of promotional marketing companies thats advertise themselves as advertising agencies or marketing firms. The job desriptions and requirements for many companies are the exact same. The only difference is the name of the company. I find most of these in the LA area but in many major cities as well. Anyone know what these are all about? It sounds like all they really do is sell stuff.
