Are these non healing wounds?

I am very concerned about six or seven wounds that I got on my chest on this past Monday night (late night). They are still very red around the scabs, although I dont think that they are infected :/ Is this normal for them to still be very red around the scab after 5 days?? Please help, im really worried.
 
Redness is common around a wound, 6 or 7 wounds , Ouch..
Triple antibiotic if you need it, your doc may have suggested already

Yes, it's normal, but you'd be best to purchase a product such as DuoDerm or something like that which covers the wound and heals it without a scab formation. You're to leave it on for a few days at a time....

Are they long/big? or many small ones?

I agree with the triple antibiotic use and covering with a bandaid...although I'm allergic to bandaids if used in sensitive areas for longer than a day.
