are these mollies too small to go in the tank with my other fish?

there is only 1 on the photo, but they are both the same size. they will both be going into my 20 gallon tank, which house a guppy, platy, kuhli loaches, rummy nose tetras, golden pencil fish and red cherry shrimp. also would they get sucked up the filter? its a fluval U2 internal filter.
