Are these just little quirks that my son has?

okay before I start, He is five years old. I have read all of the checklists on Autism and ADD.
I love my son to death. He has always been very difficult to raise. I thought it was normal until I had my daughter. My son has odd quirks. He is afraid of things for no apparent reason. One day he started to be afraid of the oven. He would freak out if the light was on. He is now afraid of loud noises. He will flip out if the smoke detector goes off. He also hates loud noises and covers his ears and hates it. He refuses to try new food. He only eats his food he is used to. He does not look people in the eye. he seems uncomfortable with it. He also gets upset at any change. He will flip out at school if the teacher changes his spot from any color than red. He likes all of his things to be red. He also has a hard time listening to directions. It takes several minutes for him to do a simple task I ask him too. He has a short attention span.He also repeats things over and over again. he tells the same people everyday his name. He will also freak out if you say his name is not Ian.
Is this normal behavior?
