are these good bicycle measurements for a 6'2'' male?

hi im looking at buying a bike and these are the frame facts:
seat tube c-top 63.5cm
seat tube c-center 61.5cm
seat post c-center 58cm
seat post 26.6mm
spacing 126mm

i went to my local bike shop and they said i need 60cm or above

i might be 6'3'' also..

oh and this is a road bike
