Are these fish acceptable for a 10 gallon fish tank?

For my fish tank I would like to add (over time) 6 Ember Tetras (or fire tetras), which grow to 2cm, 5 Endler's Livebearers, which grow to 3cm and an apple snail. Are these fish compatible, is that too many fish, and any suggestions please.

Tank Dimensions 51cm x 25cm x 30cm (l,w,h)
I also have an external filter.

You're kinda close on the capacity of the tank.

Get a 6-in-one test kit and monitor it closely when you add the last of the fish. If things are stable and everything is ok, then you're fine and can relax and just do your usual weekly maintenance.

If things spike a bit, you might want to go with more filtration (larger filter with good media surface area for the nitrifying bacteria to grow on or jump to a larger tank.

But as for compatibility, you're fine and you ought to be ok.
