Do you think burpees and jump roping are too intense for a pregnant woman? I am 15 and a half weeks, not showing yet, and want to keep the rest of my body in shape and also have good muscle tone for a better delivery. I wasn't working out this intensely before I was pregnant, but I have in the past and I am pretty athletic and in shape. I just want to make sure that I am not doing anything to hurt my baby, so before I start I want to get lots of opinions. I wouldn't excercise to the point of exhaustion and would make sure to drink plenty of fluids. thanks for your opinion
