Are these exercises fine?

Hi there, I'm 16 pretty lanky and I wanted to build some muscle. I don't have any weights or machines and im a fan of doing body weight related exercises. I'm afraid however of not working all of my muscles and therefore getting some sort of problem. I'm thinking of doing four exercises every other day and slowly increase the amount I do.

I'm thinking: pressups, sit-ups, tricep dips, back extensions

Will these four exercises Give an all round strengthening for my upper body? I'm particularly scared about my back as I have a weak back and poor posture.
