...no one was around but the jeep.? I was driving at 12:10 last night when my passenger threw an egg at a jeep. The jeep followed me and I went a little bit over the speed limit and didn't see him anymore. 5 minutes later theres blue lights behind me. And I get charged with:
90/24 (operating to endanger)
90/10(operating without a license)
90/11(No license in poss.)
They asked me for my license and I said one second I'm looking for it. And then they said nevermind it doesn't even matter since your license isn't valid at this time of night. Im 17 years old and am in Massachusetts. My curfew on my license says 12:30am but the cops insisted it was 12:00am midnight.

What can I do? Are these charges even valid? Do I have 24 hours to show them my license?

The driver of the jeep called the cops; they found you and gave you every ticket they could think of.

Driving to endanger: I assume this was in lieu of speeding. Maybe this is for the curfew bit. If so, you'll beat that if the ticket time and the curfew on your license agree.
No license: you'll beat this when you show you had a license.
No license in possession: you are required to have a license in your possession when operating a motor vehicle. Not gonna beat this one.

Now lookit... what were y'all doing driving around late at night with eggs? Come on... we're not stupid and neither are the cops. Stop being a dope.
