Are these all healthy breakfest for a athlete/gym regular? (Advice please! :)?
2 slices of 100% whole wheat toast with low fat cottage cheese (90 calories) and an apple w/ a little touch of cinnimon?

one serving of oatmeal with an apple and some strawberrys with cinnomon?

or 2 slices of 100% whole wheat toast with 2 egg whites and 2 turkey slices?(probbaly add some spinach in the egg whites)

Iv'e been eating the oatmeal for the past probbaly 6 months every single morning and i get bored.. is it good to switch up breakfest or does it not matter? thanks so much for the help.. are all these healthy and good? is one better then the other? thank youu!
