Are these aliens or just too much Taco Bell?

I think I might have aliens living in my rectal cavity. I keep hearing strange noises coming from this area and a strange strong odor as if one of them has possibly died. How can I find out for sure and if so can I remove a dead alien from my asshole? I need to poop but I don't want to disturb anyone in case they are peaceful and just looking for a warm spot to camp for awhile. What should I do? I don't want to create a war of the worlds just because of a bowel movement. To poop or not to poop, that is the question.
