Are there scholarships for GED and Community College graduates?

I live in Austin Texas and I'm planning on taking a GED test and then attending a community college so I can have an associate's degree before I even turn 19. However, I would still like to attend a 4 year college and become an architect. I am not gloating, but I am smart. Assuming I get a score equivalent to or higher than 90%+ on my GED test, and an average of 90% on all my CC classes, could I receive a significant scholarship to attend a four year college? I mean a scholarship that pays a significant fraction of my tuition and not just a couple hundred dollars. Please don't tell me to just stay in high school, the way I see it I am exchanging a high school degree for a community college degree and not just a GED. The problem is whether I could still attend a collage such as University of Texas at Austin.
