Whenever I go on craigslist, or to the shelter to look at dogs, I usually see pit bulls that are tall and not muscular. I decided to look at kennels and breeders, but I can only find breeders that specialize in dogs that are short, super muscular, that have short mouths, and usually their legs stick out to the sides due to their mass.
I'm looking for a pit bull that will be tall, lean (not overly muscular), have a longer mouth, and that has legs right under their shoulders instead of out to the side. The types that I see online are extremely unattractive to me.

I'm planning to adopt from a shelter too, but I am looking for a specific look and color that I can't find online at all. Do any of you know of any reputable breeders that don't breed the short, muscular dogs? I don't care about location.
