Are there other free web services that has Geocities-like features,eg. Easy

Upload, File Manager, HTML editor? Yahoo-Geocities is closing and I need to move to another free space :-( Where to go? I don't like a Leggo web-service. I prefer using an offline editor - creating the website offline and then upload.In this respect I feel quite comfortable with Geocities' Easy Upload, File Manager, HTML editor, etc features/interface. These features seem quite flexible, versatile & powerful to me -- unlike, say, Google's. Are there other 'free' Web hosting services which provide similar features and are equally (if not more) flexible, versatile, feature-rich, powerful and easy-to-use ?? If so, which is the best ?
