Are there other colored martial arts belts other then the ones we know?

I want to know if there are any special colored patterned belt other then the regular solid ones out there.

Is there such thing as a gray belt? Not the MCMAP one.

And is there a sort of belt that you can wear if you want to keep secret the actual rank of your martial arts?
