Are there new laptops coming out? Models I want from Sony & Lenovo are sold out?

I really don't feel like settling for something else. There are certain 14" laptops I wanted (with good sound, 2mp webcam, etc) and they are sold out. Moreover, it seems nearly everything is on sale.

So I'm guessing I should wait to buy... but do you know when new models will be coming out? How much in advance do they advertise?

I am especially interested in Sony & Lenovo. Also new models for Dell.
