The secretary at my work has been outright rude to me for over a year. She interferes with the work I need to get done and has even called me names. I have spoken to management about it several times in the last year (like 15-20 times) and they have never talked to her. I have even threatened to quit. A few weeks ago she was rude so I sent her a mean text. Without any warning they gave me three days off without pay. What can I do???
