Are there HTML compiler apps for the G1 phone?

Hi, I have been working on a website on my computer lately, and I was wondering if there is a html compiler app for the G1 that would allow me to continue my work when I'm away from my computer.

Also is there a notepad-like application that would allow me to enter raw html code, then save it so I can open it later on my computer as a .html?
 
You don't compile HTML.

You can write HTML in any text editor. It is just text.
