My ex-husband divorced me in Idaho and got it to be joint custody simply thru the mail without facing me thru court. I didnt have money then because I was a mom/house wife w/ no education or a job. But then my ex was able to take full custody of my daughter thru the mail again when I came to Houston, Tx and was only there for three months when I got a summon/degree in the mail saying that he has full custody of my daughter??? I was confused to how this could have happened without me being there. Any answers or lead would be helpful, Thank you.
