Are there different skins on the LG neon from Rogers?

I was wondering if you can change the skins on the LG neon. I don't mean the outer colors, I mean the kind where if you go to display settings you can change the colors that come up on the phone menu. If someone could answer that, that would be GREAT!

you can change the skins. but only black or white. go to settings, then display, then themes. then choose black or white
