Are there any women here??

well, its lunchtime xmas eve here in oz, and ive just done the gal (or mum) thing, and stuck a turkey in the oven, got a pork and a lamb roast cookin on top......made me think of the mums doing the same thing in prep for family festivities..

My gf is very interested in riding but told me that my bikes (998 and 1098S) are just too much bike for her... she wants a monster. The 848 really is not that much smaller.
 
I agree with the Monster idea. I have had to girls I know that learned to ride on a 750 Monster. They are easy forgiving bikes to ride as a beginer. I teach Riders Edge at our local Harley Davidson dealership and find that most women in the class aren't ready for a bike much larger than the Buell Blasts we use to teach. A small Monster is still bigger than I recomend for a new rider but I understand that most people don't want to ride a Blast or Rebel 250 around either. Using good judgment a Monster is a good choice and a bike that they won't outgrow in a few months.
