Well The newer vettes can keep up with those exotics and are one of the best handling cars in the world. I have a 2009 corvette coupe 6speed with the z-51 package. Stock but not for long. I'm putting a cam in it right before Christmas and a blower in the summer.
 
Wait wait...one of the Best handling cars in the world.... I think you have been sadly misinformed. Not trying to be a dick or anything, but I do know cars, and the corvette ranks pretty low on the best handling cars in the world list.maybe In motortrend, car and driver or any other AMERICAN auto show that it wins car of the year on every year it is one of the best. But in the world is crazy talk.
 
There was a time when the vette couldn't compete with the exotics but the past 2 generations they fare very well against the exotics. I'm not saying that they are the best but Motor Trend did an article ranking them 9th in the world and that was before the ZR1 came out which handles alot better then the Z06.
 
Yes we are Ms tw. you should post a few so the other girls are more comfortable . Any ways yeah I take it back, I'm sure the new vette is one of the better handling cars out there. And I seen that article. And it is by motortrend. The magazine that is so obviously biased to the corvette its discusting. The mag where the vette has won every car of the year since the dawn of time. So in reality I wouldn't go so far as putting it #9. They left out a lot of great handling cars in that comparo. But I'm sure its top 30.
