I've been riding a Honda for 20 years and I'm picking up my first Ducati this Saturday (red 1098). I've been viewing this site for months and I was just wondering if there are any women who own a Ducati superbike?

I fail to believe there aren't any women who don't find this bike to be beautiful. Is it becuase many women don't think they can handle the power....or is it because sportbikes tend to place your rear in the air for all to see??

How many women, if any, have you seen on a 1098....not sitting or standing next to it half naked, but actually owing one?

I think you only see the best ones on Ducati's, but then again I'm biased.

There are 4 or 5 that I can think of, mainly 848's and one on a 1098 (Legs) plus I think there is an Australian 'wife' that rides hubbies tricolore.

not scared of the 1098 power....just didnt feel i needed the top end......
have lost my license (for four months in total/12 months of ownership)..(my bad)... for assorted speeding offenses already....
so........
kinda glad i only got a 'bubby' 848!!!!

anyways.....welcome and have fun on your beautiful new machine!!!
