Are there any well documented pre-Christian religions?

Other than the obvious like Judaism, Hinduism, and others that still survive today, and the Greek and Roman deities with their lengthy amount of stories.

And Taoism, Buddhism, Jainism, Zoroastrianism, Mithraism, Egyptian paganism, the works recorded and saved by Spanish monks in the new world as Aztec and Mayan religions were being suppressed, and the aboriginal shamanisms practiced by all the cultures visited by 19th century anthropologists visiting Pacific Islands, Australia, New Zealand, and the religions of the Native Americans? No, not much, outside of that.

Unfortunately documentation is a fairly recent occurrence. There are many native American traditions that lived on only in oral traditions until fairly recently.
