WOWOWOWOW! IGNORE THE FIRST PERSON'S ANSWER! tHey were rude mean and ugh! First of all a sikh temple offers free food beacuse it is a CHURCH! And there is NO place to hold people there unless you are doing a prayer gathering! its a church can you hold a party in a church? i think not! i am just soo mad because that person insulted my religion. sorry and now back to the question ummm i thnk you can talk to a club owner or manager and see if you could privately rent out their club for one night and not have any above 18 people music or something it does work cuz i do it and i held a party their once!
