Are there any T-Mobile phones that come close to the iPhone 4?

I feel like all the tmobile phones are weak and for first time smart phoners. The my Touch phones looked ok at first but after reading about them I changed my mind.
How do tmobile's family plan prices compared to AT&T's?? With unlmtd text and lowest number of minutes for 4 lines, with two being smartphones with data plans.
