conducting scientific research*(surveying respondents) outside of stores(in any sense) or business/agency/enterprise W/E establishments (locations) by any definition(s).
Or anything that would prohibit figuratively "setting up shop" on such private land?
I just think it would be funny if I was in my legal rights when someone tells me I can't survey people outside their store. Or if a police officer tells me to vacate, I can try to explain to him that there is no legislation and thus what I am doing is not defined and is not technically illegal. I have little to no knowledge of law and have had little luck finding the appropriate matter on google. I kind of feel like this might have been covered by something else or at-least logically I can assume it should have been addressed already.
